This is likely a regression in kernel source code
/drivers/net/wireless/broadcom/brcm80211/brcmfmac/pcie.c.
So... for the moment the only solution for it is to select in grub the
kernel 5.15.0-67-generic which is working. And of course waiting for a
kernel patch fixing the issue :-)
