Bug description:
The screen flicker after ubuntu jammy upgrade kernel to 5.19.
The enable_psr2_sel_fetch was disabled in 5.15 kernel but enabled in
5.19 kernel.
I try to add "options i915 enable_psr2_sel_fetch=0" to modprobe config
can omit the issue.
