My OS is Kubuntu 10.04 x64 and my notebook - Dell Vostro 1000. I have some problem with power supply (Power Devil in KDE). After rebooting my processor work at 1/2 power ( 900 MHz) in dinamic mode with power adapter, but I was installed it in performance mode. What`s wrong?
