[Fix] Create a new fixup to address the dual codec problem on particular platforms. [Test Case] Use the following command and check there's no duplicate mixer with the same name `Capture Switch`, `Capture Volume` $amixer controls [Where problems could occur] The commit only applies dual codec fixup on particular affected models.
