Bug description:
Multiple regression tests are failing on the linux-xilinx-zynqmp/focal kernel
when calling sched_setscheduler() or with related operations. This is probably
caused by enabling CONFIG_RT_GROUP_SCHED since similiar issues have been seen
when enabling this config on other kernels. The following tests are failing
with this error:
* ubuntu_ltp:sched:time-schedule01
* ubuntu_ltp:sched:trace_sched01
* ubuntu_qrt_apparmor:test-apparmor
