This is a Mint 21 system, based on Ubuntu 22.04, and it doesn't have apport-collect. That's why I filed the issue directly via Launchpad. Here the poutput from inxi -Fxxxrz:

That wasn't a problem in Mint 20.3 with kernel 5.15 (Ubuntu 20.04 based). Getting the firmware directly from git brings the performance back to about 100 FPS: git clone git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/firmware/linux-firmware.git cd linux-firmware sudo make install sudo update-initramfs -c -k all Re-installing the linux-firmware package causes the performance to drop again. So there is a problem with the linux firmware at least for the RX 6650 XT, maybe for the whole RX 6000 series. The linux-firmware package in Ubuntu 22.04 should be updated.
