apport information

** Tags added: apport-collected kinetic

** Description changed:

- I'm trying to test Linux 5.19 using the packages released for Ubuntu
- Kinetic (the version I'm using right now), but I almost always get a
- black screen. First I thought it was NVIDIA kernel module (because I'm
- using NVIDIA GPU on my laptop) and after I changed to Intel GPU (with
- NVIDIA GPU as off-load) everything worked correctly, but the problem
- seems related to i915 module.
