Bug description:
primary screen : laptop screen
secondary screen: Samsung Monitor
secondary monitor is connected to laptop via HDMI port.
secondary monitor won't wake up after a normal boot.
secondary monitor will wake up after boot if switch to ctl+alt+f7 and then
back to graphical.
blacklisted `nouveau` drivers via an entry in /etc/modeprobe.d/
set the value for GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX_DEFAULT to `""` (emprty string) and then
ran `update-grub`
