Bug description:
  [Impact]
  WW Field test reported Foxconn T99W175 5G module lose connection issue when 
download > 1G large file.
  Similar issue can also be reproduced on Quectel EM160 4G test.

  [Where problems could occur]
  This issue will randomly occur when device download speed reach to a certain 
value (60Mbps ~ 100Mbps) in Linux host. And once the issue happened, need to 
reboot system to recover.
