My team reproed it on Rembrandt but based on the failure (not getting deepest state due to gfx) it should repro on Cezanne too.

[Where problems could occur] The suspend_noirq phase should not trigger any interrupt, so if amdgpu_asic_reset() somehow raised IRQ, it can break the system.
