Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Status in linux source package in Focal:
Confirmed
Bug description:
There have been reports by some users using certain intel xHCI
controllers that their USB devices are not being detected after boot
again after similar issues were previously found and fixed. This seems
to be related to both [1][2] with the majority of the discussion on
[1] about these problems reoccurring. This bug report is being made
more for documentation of this new regression.

due to regressions.
