I just ran the following command in the terminal for data that maybe could help you: apport-collect 1958679
Before that, I restarted my notebook with the problem kernel 5.13.0-27, which blocks the screen with white and black bars after suspending it. But now I can no longer use the suspend command without errors, so after a waiting period I will switch off my notebook to protect it.
