Hi, open this topic again! It is a serious issue that has not been solved yet, only worked around (sudo killall NetworkManager). It is annoying to put it in terminal every single time!

Clicking "Enable network" just produces a tick in the menu item but nothing else is changed. I can do "sudo service network-manager restart" to work around it.
