Is it a new or old system?
What's the last working kernel version for you?

Have you considered going back to the official kernel version for your
Ubuntu (if it works?)?

Another option you may have would be to try disabling that
"...SANITZE_ALL" config and rebuild the kernel from kernel.org using the
updated ubuntu config.  See if it works.

Bug description:
  I have been testing kernels 5.14.0 and 5.14.1 since their release on
  https://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/ and my machine fails
  to boot with either one.

  However, I am able to boot just fine with 5.14.0-rc7.
