Bug description:
  [Impact]
DP tunneling over USB4 requires additional work in the AMD GPU driver that
isn't present in 5.14 or 5.15. The code will be submitted during the 5.16
kernel cycle and will need to be backported into 5.14 OEM kernel to support any
programs that need it.

  [Fix]
  Cherry-pick/backport 30 commits from 5.16 to 5.15.

  [Test case]
