From what we learnt, ODMs also got the BIOS fix, it's now time to re-enable this kernel config. [Impact] Without this fix, pinctrl functionality will be missing. [Test plan] 1. Make sure the computer has a BIOS that supports pinctrl for EHL 2. Before installing the new kernel, GPIO should not work 3. Install the new kernel, and confirm GPIO works [Where problems could occur] If the computer does not have a BIOS that support pinctrl, you will get an error like "kernel NULL pointer dereference in intel_pinctrl_get_soc_data" during system boot.
