I tested the functionality of the mouse and it works with other devices as well. The brand of the MEMTEQ mouse. I downloaded the Impish Mate version of 09-25-2021 and I made a fresh installation. I also proceeded to update (it only updated Firefox because I believe all other updates were included). Unfortunately the indicated problem has not been solved. With the updated Ubuntu Mate 20.04 LTS it works. I also used another Bluetooth adapter on another PC and the result is the same. Hello.
