I see this same behavior on the TGL-Aaeon running Core.

I even tried to manually edit /etc/netplan/00-snapd-config.yaml but I
could not make it bring the interface up.

When the cable is plugged in the link lights are on but the system
doesn't seem to acknowledge the connection.

The other port works just fine.

  2. Boot to desktop
  3. Check if all Ethernet get IP address
  [Expected result]
  All Ethernet Port should up and runing and get the IP address.
