Title:
When I turn off the computer, the keyboard and mouse do not turn off

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
When I turn off the computer, the keyboard and mouse do not turn off
This bug is present in all Linux distributions. I think it's from the Linux
kernel.
The LED under the mouse is on, and the number lock button light should turn
off when the computer is turned off, but they won't.
I even disabled USB power settings in the BIOS, but it didn't work.
