Public bug reported:
The hirsute 5.11.x linux-image-raspi kernels boot fine on my rpi4b, but
the 5.13.x kernels freeze before showing anything on the connected hdmi
screen.
Reverting to the 5.11.x hirsute kernels fixes boot.
