Bug description:
  SRU justification:

  [Impact]
  Another Foxconn bluetooth device on MT7921 doesn't load driver.

  [Fix]
  MT7921 bluetooth needs both driver and firmware, firmware is SRUed.
  Add ID in btusb.
  Due to the project schedule, this patch is not applied by upstream,
  SRU it for oem-5.13 kernel and Unstable as SAUCE.

  [Test]
  Verified on hardware, bluetooth works fine with headset and phone.

  [Where problems could occur]
  The MT7921 BT may not work.
