[Fix] Disable BACO for polaris12 series. BACO allow the graphics cards on Linux to support S4 / hibernation support. [Test Case] 1. Must plug AMD GPU and don't use it as display output 2. Plug DP/HDMI on iGPU. 3. Suspend&resume machine. 4. check if system hangs. [Where problems could occur] Disable BACO would cause higher power consumption.
