This leads to non-functional wakeup sources or higher power consumption. [Fix] Prevent setting the GPE for the EC for wakeup source on AMD systems. [Test] Verify s2idle on OEM system. [Where problems could occur] Code is guarded to only run on AMD systems, which are just now getting s2idle support in oem kernel.
