Bug description:
[Impact]
AMD BCL APU shares same code as CZN/RN, but has another DID to be added to
kernel.
[Fix]
Below commit adds the ID.
https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/amd-gfx/2021-July/066502.html
[Test]
We didn't receive h/w yet, just told by AMD that the new ID is required.
[Where problems could occur]
Adding a new ID should be pretty safe.
