[Fix] Enable display power gating, display of typec will work as expected. [Test] Verified on hardware, suspend then replug the cable of typec, repeat for 10 times, all good. [Where problems could occur] The AMD typec output may not output. Unstable kernel already got it, only for OEM-5.10/H. Minor changes during backport.
