You have been subscribed to a public bug: I am unable to turn on the IR emitters of my Realtek Semiconductor Corp. Integrated Webcam on my Dell Inspiron 5567 laptop. I am using Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS with kernel 5.12.2-051202-generic. Here is the output of lsusb and v4l2-ctl --list-devices:
