Title:
Hotspot (access point) is not working properly on two different wifi
  adapters.

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Wifi adapters: RALINK RT 5370 (RT5370) and RALINK RT 2070 (RT2070).
  Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS.
  Kernel 5.8.0-50-generic.
  Motherboard GA78LMT.

Expected behavior: that it would be possible to share the internet
through the access point (hotspot) without any problems, through any
  of the adapters.

Real behavior: The adapters work fine with good wifi signal, and
sometimes the hotpost is possible. But most of the time the hotspot
option is neither clickable nor selectable (gray).
