Bug description:
Ubuntu 18.04 with LXDE desktop, GeForce GTX 1050 Ti card
Installed 450.119 over 450.102 today and rebooted.
Upon logging in, lxpanel crashed making desktop unusable.
Restored clonezilla clone of system with 450.102 drivers, all is well
again.
