Bug description:
  SRU justification:

  [Impact]
  AMD new gpu can not work without proper firmware.

  [Fix]
  Add new firmwares of AMD GPU green sardine.
  Firmware files are needed by amdgpu in Ubuntu kernel 5.10+ to support new 
hardware.

  [Test]
  Verified on hardware with 5.10 kernel. no errors after benchmark and stress 
test.

  [Where problems could occur]
  Introducs the new firmware to enable support on new GPU.
  GFX can be failed if it is wrong.
