Reproduce:
0. Make sure the laptop is being charged by external power.
1. Boot with the lid closed (e.g. by starting reboot and close the lid).
2. When login screen presents, then login with password
3. Ubuntu 20.10 goes to sleep. Hit a key to wake it. dmesg attached at the end.
3 used to be reliably reproducible but now is sometimes reproducible.
the dmesg was collected when this bug happened.
Notes:
- The laptop ThinkPad-X1-Carbon-6th is upgraded from 20.04.
- The "Energy" setting in gnome-control-center is set to suspend only in
battery mode.
