[Fix] New firmware from Realtek. [Test] With the new firmware used, BLE keyboard and mouse will reconnect to host by pressing any key or by moving it. [Where problems could occur] Tried some other Bluetooth peripherals and didn't see any regression. This is also internally tested by Realtek.
