Title: [TGL] Enable SLP_S0_DEBUG debug facilities Status in intel: Fix Released Status in linux-oem-5.6 package in Ubuntu: Fix Released Bug description: Description Beginning in CNL, there are SLP_S0_DEBUG registers which expose, either on SLP_S0 exit or through manual latching, what pulled the system out of SLP_S0. Beginning with TGL (per the Cspec at time of writing, anyway) there are supposed to additional SLP_S0 debug registers for determining what cause the system to "wake" (or exit) from C10.
