Kernels in hirsute are currently forward ports of the groovy kernel. The
packaging only allows building kernels if the debian branch packaging
directory is "debian.master", whereas for the forward port the directory
is "debian.master-20.10". Make this a wildcard, "debian.master*", which
will allow us to build linux-libc-dev for hirsute forward-port kernels.
