Bug description:
  HW AS-2123BT-HTR AMD EPYC 7351

  is stable with 18.04 but when we did an update for security the we have this 
error.
   

  No Issues with this Ubuntu 18.04 Linux efsql4 4.15.0-46-generic #49-Ubuntu
