Touchpad do not recognized

Bug description:
Hello,
I have recently installed Kubuntu 20.04 (dual boot with Windows 10)
and the touchpad is not recognized. I typed: cat
/proc/bus/input/devices but it doesn't show nothing related to the
touchpad. Besides, in "System preferences" a message is shown
"Touchpad not found". I checked in the Driver Manager for updates but
I can't found any drivers.
