Bug description:
This is a POTENTIAL REGRESSION.
This issue only occurs on one of the AWS instance "t2.medium"
Steps:
1. Deploy this instance with AWS kernel (4.4.0-1115)
Result:
* System cannot be accessible after lunching with for 4.4.0-1115, from aws
console - (get system log) indicates it hang with kernel panic issue on boot.
