From the beginning my internal speakers were recognized but no audio came from them, also at first my headphones didn't work. I started to try different things that I found on the Internet and I got my audio "working". I put it between quotes because my speakers only work sometimes, and when my speakers don't work my headphones do (and when the internal speakers work my headphones don't). Although it can happen that sound comes out of my headphones but its internal microphone doesn't work, however the internal microphone of my PC works(or vice versa). It's a Russian roulette every time I turn on my PC Description: Ubuntu 20.04.1 LTS Release: 20.04 Package: 5.4.0-42-generic Architecture: x86_64 ProblemType: Bug DistroRelease: Ubuntu 20.04 Package: linux-image-5.4.0-42-generic 5.4.0-42.46 ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 5.4.0-42.46-generic 5.4.44 Uname: Linux 5.4.0-42-generic x86_64 ApportVersion: 2.20.11-0ubuntu27.6 Architecture: amd64 AudioDevicesInUse: USER PID ACCESS COMMAND /dev/snd/controlC0: supremequeen 1616 F.... pulseaudio CasperMD5CheckResult: skip CurrentDesktop: ubuntu:GNOME Date: Wed Aug 19 16:02:21 2020 InstallationDate: Installed on 2020-05-08 (102 days ago) InstallationMedia: Ubuntu 20.04 LTS "Focal Fossa" - Release amd64 (20200423) Lsusb: Bus 002 Device 001: ID 1d6b:0003 Linux Foundation 3.0 root hub Bus 001 Device 004: ID 0bda:b009 Realtek Semiconductor Corp. 802.11n WLAN Adapter Bus 001 Device 003: ID 04f2:b5db Chicony Electronics Co., Ltd HP Webcam Bus 001 Device 002: ID 046d:c52f Logitech, Inc.
