Title:
linux-source-5.4.0 is not available for Ubuntu 18.04.5

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
Ubuntu 18.04.5 released August 13th with kernel 5.4.0-42-generic.
However, there is no linux-source-5.4.0 package for Ubuntu 18.

Under bionic and bionic-updates, there is no linux-source-5.4.0:
  https://packages.ubuntu.com/search?suite=all&searchon=names&keywords
  =linux-source

This seems like a mistake to me. There are linux-source packages
available for kernel releases up to 5.3.0.

Please make linux-source-5.4.0 available on Ubuntu 18 repositories.

Apologies if this is a duplicate of the below. I was not sure where to
  file.
