  Kernel crashes with USB-to-serial device: urb 15 failed submission

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When I connect some usb-to-serial device (USB2AX from Xevelabs
  manufacturer) I get the following kernel fault and need to reboot:

  urb 15 failed submission with -22

  The OS is then unstable, most USB devices stop working, sudo command
  is blockins and doesn't return...
