Bug description:
Touchpad doesn't work at all (No response from the Touchpad), I have
an acer aspire E5-523-91TL. I did a fresh install (first time
installing Ubuntu on this pc). Immediately after i moved from Windows
to Ubuntu, the touchpad stopped working. i followed the steps as
described in https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingTouchpadDetection.
