Bug description:
This replicated in 18.10, 19.04 and 19.10.
If I suspend the laptop by turning the lid of, or by
#echo mem > /sys/power/state
The nvme disk I have:

Make it to fail the resume process.
Everything works fine while plugged in.
If power by battery it fails to resume (attached dmesg file). It gets stuck
into the desktop but it's dysfunctional without disk operation.
If I suspend in battery mode and then resume (that fails to resume
properly) and then plug in the power supply the disk resumes perfectly
and everything comes back to normal.
It doesn't always replicate, but I would say 80% of the time.
