With 20.04, the wireguard-dkms is not strictly needed as the
wireguard.ko is now shipped with kernel packages.
# apt-cache show wireguard-tools | grep Recommends
Recommends: nftables | iptables, wireguard-dkms (>= 0.0.20191219) |
wireguard-modules (>= 0.0.20171001)
