We have identified the problem as to why this package is not in -updates
it would appear the copy process from -proposed to -updates was stalled.
Awaiting some requests to see if the package can be re-triggered for
another copy attempt

Title:
  dbgsym package for linux-image-4.15.0-1065-aws missing

Status in linux-aws package in Ubuntu:
  Triaged

Bug description:
On April 6th, a new linux-aws was released, targeting linux-
image-4.15.0-1065-aws. However it's been over a week and the linux-
image-4.15.0-1065-aws-dbgsym is still not available on
http://ddebs.ubuntu.com/ubuntu "bionic-updates". It does seem to be
there on "bionic-proposed", but I think it should be there on "bionic-
updates" as well given that "linux-image-4.15.0-1065-aws" is there on
  bionic-updates.
