The symptoms are that the WiFi keeps breaking the connection with no apparent reason, making the device hard to use online. There are a ton of reports regarding iwlwifi problems with the Intel 8260 chip, but nothing conclusive. Interesting detail is that Manjaro Linux 18.0.4 seems like it would be more stable the Ubuntu.
