Bug description:
== Impact ==
When there are updates on the dkms versions used for a linux build,
'update-version-dkms' saves the new version(s) in 'debian/dkms-versions' and
commits it. The commit doesn't have any BugLink, so it gets added to the debian
changelog under "* Miscellaneous Ubuntu changes".
== Fix ==
Change 'update-version-dkms' to add a BugLink to
https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1786013 ("Packaging resync"), which is the bug
report being used for all the other automated commits.
== Test Case ==
In one of the main kernels, run 'update-version-dkms' and make sure it adds a
valid BugLink.
== Regression Potential ==
Low. This only changes how the automated commits are generated and later
added to the changelog.
