There many months than I use "suspend" (settings -> energy -> When the shutdown button...) on Ubuntu 18.04 or 19.10. But at each wake up from my computer, the USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports (only motherboard back panel) no work after (loose use of webcam, keyboard...). No problems with USB 3.1 Gen 1 and USB 2.0/1.1 front panel (from internal USB header). I think my motherboard is not at fault because I did not reproduce this bug on Windows 10.
