Bug description:
I have a Dell Optiplex 790, with graphics done on the processor chip
(I think this is called Intel Graphics). Sometimes parts of my screen
display are garbled; it is usually a problem with display of icons. I
think the problem is in the linux kernel handling of graphics
acceleration. I will attach some screenshots showing the problem. My
system runs Ubuntu 19.10 and is up-to-date with patches.
