Title:
Regression: system hangs after boot on Dell XPS 7390 2-in-1

Status in linux package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Package: linux-image-5.3.0-24-generic

System hangs right after starting X login screen. I didn't try to
blacklist intel_lpss_pci yet, but it was boot perfectly for me with
every kernel version after Eoan release. The system still bots
normally when 5.3.0-23 is selected in grub.
