Bug description:
  Two-three months ago, I started having this kernel bug.

  When I boot using kernel 46, "linux-image-4.15.0-46-generic"
  everything seems to be functional.

  But when I boot using one of the more recent kernels, the system
  usually crashes or reboots. I have noticed the problem on
  51,52,54,55,58 so far.

  I have taken pictures of the loop (attachments), this is a transcript of the
