Public bug reported:

    SRU Justification

    Impact:
The upstream process for stable tree updates is quite similar
in scope to the Ubuntu SRU process, e.g., each patch has to
demonstrably fix a bug, and each patch is vetted by upstream
by originating either directly from a mainline/stable Linux tree or
a minimally backported form of that patch. The following upstream
stable patches should be included in the Ubuntu kernel:

       v5.2.6 upstream stable release
       from git://git.kernel.org/

Linux 5.2.6
ceph: hold i_ceph_lock when removing caps for freeing inode
Fix allyesconfig output.
drivers/pps/pps.c: clear offset flags in PPS_SETPARAMS ioctl
/proc/<pid>/cmdline: add back the setproctitle() special case
/proc/<pid>/cmdline: remove all the special cases
sched/fair: Use RCU accessors consistently for ->numa_group
sched/fair: Don't free p->numa_faults with concurrent readers
Bluetooth: hci_uart: check for missing tty operations
nvme: fix multipath crash when ANA is deactivated
xfrm: policy: fix bydst hlist corruption on hash rebuild
media: radio-raremono: change devm_k*alloc to k*alloc
NFS: Cleanup if nfs_match_client is interrupted
media: pvrusb2: use a different format for warnings
media: cpia2_usb: first wake up, then free in disconnect
ath10k: Change the warning message string
media: au0828: fix null dereference in error path
bpf: fix NULL deref in btf_type_is_resolve_source_only
ISDN: hfcsusb: checking idx of ep configuration
vsock: correct removal of socket from the list
